Payments

The site is not responsible for any user error and cannot be held accountable for any error made by the user. All and any refunds will be issued in USD currency.

Refund Policy

Please allow up to 7 business days to process returns from the date on which your return is received. Once Blumoon Diamonds receives your returned Diamonds, you will receive a confirmation that your return is being processed. If your purchase included a IGI certificate, please be sure to return that. If a certificate is not returned or returned damaged with your return, there will be a charge of $150 in order to re-certify the diamond. Once inspected and approved, your return will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email with details about your refund. We will contact you with additional questions if needed. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to process. A refund will generally take less than 7 business days to be completed.
